Final results of AD review on SSSS in coils from Japan
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published final results of administrative review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Japan. On April 11, 2004, the DOC published the preliminary result of the antidumping administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Kawasaki Steel Corporation (KSC), and its alleged successor-in-interest JFE Steel (JFE). The period of review is July 1, 2003, through June 30, 2004. Since the responses are in line with the preliminary results, the DOC decided not to make any changes in the preliminary results. Therefore, the final results do not differ from the preliminary results.
