The European Commission (EC) has announced the steel quotas allocated to Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine for 2007. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, the European Commission signed separate agreements with Kazakhstan, Russia, and Ukraine regarding trade of certain steel products. The agreements with the subject countries were signed on July 19, 2005, on November 3, 2005, and on July 29, 2005, respectively.
