DOC initiates reviews for AD, CVD duties on SSSS from various countries
The US Department of Commerce announced the initiation of administrative reviews of antidumping and countervailing duty orders with a July anniversary month regarding
stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from
Germany,
Italy,
Japan,
Mexico, South
Korea, and
Taiwan.
The period of these reviews is from July 1, 2004 through June 30, 2005.
There were no initiations of administrative reviews of any countervailing duty orders with a June anniversary date.
The producers subject to these reviews are as follows:
Germany: ThyssenKrupp Nirosta GmbH; ThyssenKrupp Nirosta Prazisionsband; and GmbH Thyssen Krupp VDM GmbH.
Italy: Thyssen Krupp Acciai Speciali Terni S.p.A.
Japan: Kawasaki Steel Corporation (and its alleged successor-in-interest JFE Steel Corp.).
Mexico: ThyssenKrupp Mexinox S.A. de C.V.
