CISA: China’s iron ore price index declines in late Sept

According to the figures released by China Iron and Steel Association (CISA), at the end of September this year China’s iron ore price index compiled by the CISA stood at 364.56 points, down 25.11 points or 6.42 percent compared to the end of August this year. In particular, the Chinese domestic iron ore price index was at 325.52 points at the end of September, down 14.15 points or 4.17 percent month on month, while, the import iron ore price index was at 385.86 points, declining by 30.94 points or 7.42 percent on month-on-month basis.
