Canada announces preliminary margins for certain rebar imports

The Canadian Border Services Agency (CBSA) has announced preliminary dumping and subsidy margins in the duty investigations regarding rebar imports from China, South Korea and Turkey.
 
Accordingly, the preliminary dumping margins range from 25.4 percent to 32.9 percent for China, from 14.5 percent to 32.9 percent for South Korea and from 15.2 percent to 32.9 percent for Turkey. The preliminary subsidy margins range from 0.6 percent to 25.2 percent for China, from 0.3 percent to 3.8 percent for South Korea and from 2.5 percent to 22.8 percent for Turkey.
 
The goods subject to duty investigation currently fall under the Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7213.10.00.00 and 7214.20.00.00. The goods may also be classified under the Customs Tariff Statistics Position Numbers 7215.90.00.90 and 7227.90.00.90.
