Alchevsk to increase production in August

Ukrainian steelmaker Alchevsk Iron and Steel Works (Alchevsk), a subsidiary of Ukrainian steel producer Industrial Union of Donbass (ISD), has announced that its plans to increase its production of steel products in August by around 21 percent compared to July, to around 290,000 mt, including 195,000 mt of finished rolled steel products and 95,000-100,000 mt of slabs.
