Ukrainian flat steel producers have increased their August production hot rolled coil (HRC) offers for the Turkish market by $25-30/mt as compared to their offers for July rolling.

Accordingly, Ilyich Iron and Steel Works of Mariupol (Ilyich) is currently offering HRC to the Turkish market at $565-570/mt CFR, while Zaporizhstal's HRC offers are at $585-590/mt CFR, both for August production.

In the meantime, it is reported that Ukrainian steelmakers' HRC allocations for the Turkish market are on the low side.
