Ukrainian seamless pipe offers to Spain

SteelOrbis has learned that offers given from Ukraine to Spain for seamless pipes of 60-168 mm diameter grade 10, 20 as per GOST 8731/8732 on actual weight basis are at around €920/mt ($1,233/mt) CPT, with advance payment, excluding 12 percent antidumping tax, and for March and April shipments.
