Ukrainian seamless pipe offers to Italy

SteelOrbis has learned that offers given from Ukraine to Italy for seamless pipes of 57-168 mm diameter grade 10, 20 as per GOST 8731/8732 are at around €910-930/mt ($1,314-1,343/mt) CPT, exlusive of 12.3 anti-dumping duty, for September shipments.
