SteelOrbis has learned that offers given from Italy to Poland for S235 grade 2"-4" black ERW pipes as per EN 10219 stand at €680-700/mt ($890-917/mt) CPT for payment via letter of credit or advance payment, on actual weight basis, and for shipments in February and March.
