CIS origin 3SP-5SP billets are currently being offered for export at around $490-495/mt FOB Black Sea for late November shipments.
Some sales were concluded to Taiwan and Italy at $490/mt FOB Black Sea last week. There are rumors that some lower prices are also present in the market; however, no sales have been heard yet.
