Chinese offers to the export markets for 1"-12" grade B seamless pipes as per ASTM A53 or API 5L have decreased by $35/mt on the upper end week on week to $460-480/mt FOB on theoretical weight basis, amid weak demand and due to decreases in raw material prices.
