Bulgarian welded pipe offers to Poland

SteelOrbis has learned that offers given from Bulgaria to Poland for 2"-6" black ERW pipes as per EN 10219 stand at €450-460/mt ($491-502/mt) CPT for advance payment, on theoretical weight basis and for shipments in December.
