Billet prices in Turkish market

The list price of St 37 grade billets of some mills in the Marmara region of Turkey is in the range of $340 - 380/mt + VAT this week. The reason that the price range in the domestic market is so wide is possibly due to difference in quality and mill policies. It must be noted that some mills might possibly be giving discounts on the price lists to their customers.
