US domestic ferromanganese prices trend down

According to sources close to SteelOrbis, US domestic ferromanganese prices have trended down at the end of the first quarter and are presently expected to stay within the current range due to a tight supply in the market.

Current high carbon ferromanganese prices in the US market fell to $1,380-1,450/gt or $1358-1,427/mt in-warehouse Pittsburgh from approximately $1,400-1,470/gt or $1,378-1,446/mt in-warehouse Pittsburgh in mid-March.
