A Turkish steelmaker has concluded an ex-Europe booking for a cargo consisting of 25,000 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap , 6,000 mt of HMS I scrap and 4,000 mt of bonus grade scrap at the average price level of $272.5/mt CFR.
