According to market sources, ex-US scrap offers to Taiwan for HMS I/II 80:20 grade scrap have decreased by $10/mt over the past two weeks to $153-155/mt CFR, while no new deal has been heard at this price range. Meanwhile, Taiwanese buyers are making firm bids at a maximum of $145/mt CFR.
