SteelOrbis has been informed that the price of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan is being quoted at NTD 13,500-14,500/mt ($468-503/mt) ex-yard, remaining unchanged as compared to last week.
The above prices, which include five percent VAT, are for mid-August shipments.
