Scrap price in Taiwan slightly increases

SteelOrbis has been informed that the price of HMS 1&2 carbon scrap in Taiwan is being quoted at NTD 11,600-12,500/mt ($358-386/mt) ex-yard, including five percent VAT, for end of December/early January shipments. The price indicates a rise of NTD 200/mt ($6/mt) as compared to the previous week.
