Scrap collection prices trend downward in Romania

Wednesday, 16 May 2012 15:41:30 (GMT+3)   |
As a result of indications of price weakening in the scrap market and of the loss of strength of the euro against the US dollar, A3 scrap collection prices in Romania have softened to the level of $380-385/mt. With this decline, ex-Romania scrap offers to Turkey are anticipated to decrease to $420-425/mt CFR from $430-432/mt CFR.
