Local quotations in Japan's Kantō region for H2 grade scrap have decreased by approximately JPY 1,750/mt ($16/mt) compared to price levels recorded on April 28 and are now in the range of JPY 22,000-23,500/mt ($202-216/mt) delivered to customer.
Meanwhile, SteelOrbis has been informed that Japanese offers to Vietnam for H2 grade scrap are currently at $300-310/mt CFR.
