Ex-US bulk HMS I/II 80:20 scrap offers are presently at $355-362/mt CFR Vietnam. These offers are against a backdrop of activity heard in Vietnam of scrap import bulk deal prices for HMS I/II 80:20 at $345-350/mt CFR Vietnam from various destinations. Compared to mid-August offers, US West coast exporters have adjusted offers to Vietnam down $5/mt from the bottom of the previously reported range and $8/mt from the top of the previously reported range.
