Ex-US bulk scrap offers to South Korea stable

According to sources, US West coast bulk scrap HMS I offers to South Korea continue stable at $355/mt CFR and $350/mt CFR on HMS I/II 80:20 scrap. The stable offer level is supported by the stable trend in the Japanese H2 export scrap, a substitute source for US origin scrap.

Offers are reportedly limited given the recent softness on Turkey imports and a wait-and-see perspective as the October US domestic scrap buy-cycle approaches.
