Market sources confirm that a Turkish steelmaker concluded an ex-St. Petersburg deal last Friday, October 31 for a cargo consisting of 25,500 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap and 4,500 mt of bonus grade scrap at the average price level of $324.5/mt CFR.
