According to market sources, a Turkish steel producer has concluded an ex-Europe deal for a cargo consisting of 15,000 mt of HMS I/II 75:25 scrap, 10,000 mt of shredded scrap, 7,500 mt of P&S grade scrap and 5,000 mt of new cuttings at the average price level of $299/mt CFR, for August shipment.
