SteelOrbis has heard from market sources that a Turkish steel producer concluded an ex-Europe deal late last week for 30,000 mt of HMS I/II 75:25 at $349.5/mt CFR and 10,000 mt of HMS I scrap at the price level of $365/mt CFR.
