A Turkish steel producer has concluded an ex-Europe deal for a cargo consisting of 15,000 mt of HMS I/II 75:25 scrap, 10,000 mt of new cutting scrap, 5,000 mt of shredded scrap and 10,000 mt of mixed P&S and HMS I grade scrap at the average price level of $176/mt CFR FO.
