Market sources state that a Turkish steel mill has concluded an ex-Europe deal for a cargo consisting of 22,000 mt of HMS I/II 80:20 scrap and 20,000 mt of bonus grade scrap at the average price level of $381.5/mt CFR for prompt shipment.
