CIS-based pig iron suppliers, who had returned to the export markets in the middle of last week, have increased their prices further due to the rises seen in global coal and scrap quotations. Accordingly, ex-CIS pig iron offers have risen by an average of $7.5/mt compared to the price levels recorded on November 4, to $280-300/mt FOB.
