Ex-CIS pig iron offers to Italy

According to market sources, pig iron offers from the CIS region to the Italy have moved on a stable trend over the past two weeks in the range of $190-195/mt ($213-218/mt) CFR for February-March deliveries. Italian buyers have failed in their efforts to achieve lower prices. In the meantime, it is reported that there are no shortages of pig iron supply in the Italian market.
