Ex-Black Sea scrap prices for Turkey move upwards

Turkish producers' purchase prices for ex-Black Sea scrap have lately been moving on a rising trend. Last week, ex-Rostov A3 grade scrap prices to Turkey were at $216/mt CFR, while they have rising to the range of $220-225/mt CFR. Also, Romanian A3 grade scrap quotations to Turkey are currently at $215-218/mt CFR.
