CIS scrap offers to Turkey keep going up

Most recent reports indicate that CIS origin A3 grade scrap offers to Turkish market have reached the $242-247/mt CFR price range for late August/ early September shipments. Also, there are some suppliers reportedly offering at $250/mt CFR or even higher in the market; however, offers of major suppliers are mainly at the initially quoted price range. The market is still quite firm.
