Carbon and stainless scrap prices in Taiwanese domestic market - week 3

SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan have remained stable during the past week at NTD 5,100-6,000/mt ($152-179/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis. 
 
In the meantime, stainless steel scrap prices in the Taiwanese domestic market have remained unchanged over the past week at NTD 31,000-35,500/mt ($923-1,057/mt) ex-yard.
 
The above prices include five percent VAT and are for end of February shipments.
