Carbon and stainless scrap prices in Taiwanese domestic market - week 21

SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan have declined by NTD 300/mt ($10/mt) during the past week to NTD 6,600-7,500/mt ($216-246/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis.
 
In the meantime, stainless steel scrap prices in the Taiwanese domestic market have increased by NTD 2,000/mt ($65/mt) week on week to NTD 42,000-44,000/mt ($1,376-1,442/mt) ex-yard.
 
The above prices include five percent VAT and are for end of June shipments.
