Carbon and stainless scrap prices in Taiwanese domestic market - week 14

SteelOrbis has been informed that the prices of HMS I/II carbon scrap in Taiwan have increased by NTD100/mt ($3/mt) week on week at NTD 7,500-8,400/mt ($240-268/mt) ex-yard on actual weight basis.
 
In the meantime, stainless steel scrap prices in the Taiwanese domestic market have remained unchanged week on week at NTD 40,000-44,000/mt ($1,278-1,406/mt) ex-yard.
 
The above prices include five percent VAT and are for end of April shipments.
