Black Sea scrap price move up

SteelOrbis understands that Black Sea scrap suppliers are trying to increase the prices in the market, claiming that collection is limited. Offers for A3 grade scrap from various suppliers in Ukraine are heard to be given at $230-233/mt CFR Turkish port levels. The expected freight rate increase may also play a role in strengthening of prices at this stage.
