Black Sea scrap offers to Turkey

Recent reports to SteelOrbis refer to a softening in Black Sea scrap to Turkey. Earlier this week, bookings at around $242-245/mt CFR were concluded, however, depending on the quantities, offers could drop to $235-240/mt CFR Turkey for A3 grade scrap, SteelOrbis understands.
