Australian coking coal export offers exceed $300/mt level

Australian premium hard coking coal export offers, which had increased by US $10/mt on Friday, November 4, in line with the upward trend of steel prices in the Chinese futures market, started this week with a rise of US$14/mt yesterday, Monday, November 7. Today, as a result of the ongoing uptrend in the Chinese steel futures market, Australian premium hard coking coal export offers have exceeded the $300/mt FOB level, increasing by US$20/mt compared to yesterday’s level to US$304.64/mt FOB East Coast ports. 
 
Meanwhile, since yesterday Australian hard coking coal offers to the export markets have also increased by US$20/mt, rising to US$262.47/mt FOB East Coast ports.
