According to market sources, a Turkish steel producer has concluded an ex-Europe deal for a cargo consisting of 11,000 mt of HMS I/II 75:25 scrap, 5,000 mt of HMS I scrap and 9,000 mt of mixed busheling and bonus grade scrap at the average price level of $175/mt CFR, for late February or early March shipment.
