Wire rod prices in the local Taiwanese steel market are at the following levels:

The above prices include five percent VAT, are for delivery to customer and are also for late November or early December shipments. The prices for low carbon grade wire rod have declined by NTD 200/mt ($7/mt) since last week, while the prices of other grades have remained unchanged.
