SteelOrbis has learned that the UAE-based steel producer Conares Metal Supply has announced its ex-works price for November production 8-40 mm rebar as per BS4449:1997 460B and BS4449:2005 B500B at AED 2,175/mt ($592/mt) for 8-32 mm and at AED 2,235/mt ($608.5/mt) for 40 mm, for payment via letter of credit for 60 days. Conares' November production prices for 8-32 mm rebar indicated a decrease of AED 125/mt ($37/mt) as compared to October rolling.
