Turkish WR offers for export

SteelOrbis has heard that Turkish producers are offering mesh quality wire rods for export at around $565-570/mt FOB on actual weight basis for late November shipments.
 
Although the Turkish wire rod producers have been trying to up their prices, it would be difficult to say that there is strong demand at present, due to the sluggish situation in the European market. On the other hand, despite the high freight rates, some upward price movements in the US market have given the Turkish producers cause to be slightly optimistic.
