As per its new price list dated February 10, Turkish steel producer Koc Metalurji has announced its domestic rebar prices. Accordingly, Koc Metalurji's domestic rebar quotations for 8 mm rebar are at TRY 1,551/mt ($421/mt), for 10 mm rebar are at TRY 1,542/mt ($419/mt) and for 12-28 mm rebar are at TRY 1,534/mt ($417/mt), all ex-works and excluding VAT.
The mill's list prices have moved down by TRY 25-26/mt + VAT as compared to its previous price list issued on February 8, while due to currency fluctuations prices have decreased by $23-24mt on US dollar basis.
