Turkey’s Kardemir closes its billet sales

Turkish steel producer Kardemir has closed its billet sales today, June 19, after selling about 73,000 mt of billet in total. The mill had opened its sales on June 13 at the level of TRY 1,445/mt ($412/mt) ex-works for S235JR billet and at TRY 1,462/mt ($416/mt) ex-works for MT III-A billet, both excluding VAT.
