Turkey’s Icdas cuts its dollar-based longs prices

Turkish steelmaker Icdas A.S. has raised its longs prices in the local currency amid the ongoing currency fluctuations and sluggish demand . The mill has increased its official rebar price on lira basis by TRY 320/mt to TRY 17,900/mt ($630/mt) ex-works compared to Friday, June 23. The supplier has also raised its wire rod price by TRY 330/mt to TRY 18,185/mt ($640/mt) ex-works. Both long product prices include nine percent VAT and have decreased by $10/mt on US dollar basis over the same period.
