Rebar prices in Yemen’s domestic market

SteelOrbis has been informed that prices of import medium-sized rebar in the domestic market of Yemen are this week standing at the levels of $525-530/mt ex-warehouse, excluding VAT, on theoretical weight basis and for cash payment. On the other hand, local production medium-sized rebar prices are this week standing at the levels of $480-485/mt ex-works, excluding VAT, also on theoretical weight basis and for cash payment.

Prices in the local Yemeni rebar market have this week dropped by $5-10/mt.
