Rebar price level in UAE

The price level of imported rebar in the UAE market is at around AED 3,500/mt ($953/mt) delivered to site on a theoretical weight basis for 3-4 months deferred payment, excluding VAT.

Trading firms in the UAE have started to target the price level of AED 3,500/mt ($953/mt) delivered to site excluding VAT on a theoretical weight basis, following the sales concluded at AED 3,400/mt ($926/mt).

The latest cargoes concluded from Turkey to the UAE for April shipments are at $840-850/mt CFR on a theoretical weight basis. The Turkish producers are targeting price levels of $855/mt CFR and above on a theoretical weight basis for May shipments.
