According to market sources, Turkish rebar offers to the Yemeni market have declined by $8/mt over the past week to $405-410/mt FOB, for September shipment. Although it was reported last week that Yemeni buyers were making inquiries for Turkish rebar, no deals were concluded. Market sources state that demand for rebar is expected to remain slack in Yemen due to the ongoing military intervention by Saudi Arabia.
