Ukrainian rebar producer Arcelor Mittal Kriviy Rih is offering rebars for export to the Middle East at around $730-740/mt FOB on actual weight basis for April shipment.
Arcelor Mittal Kriviy Rih, which did not announce prices last week, has raised its prices as of this week. However, it seems that buyers from the Middle East have not been responding positively to the price levels in question.
