Ukrainian producers are largely focused on CIS, eastern and northern Europe due to the strong markets in these regions. This situation has caused a reduction in Algeria's tonnage allocation. Offers for eastern Europe, Baltic and Russia are in a price range of $610-615/mt FOB.
